Today the whole world is literally wired with computer networks. As computers have taken a place of prominence in almost all the daily aspects of our lives, there is a natural need for them to be connected for sharing resources and information. In present times, we see almost all the offices and corporations have a computer network installed in their offices. This has increased the productivity of the workers and production of work has also become more convenient. Thus corporations cannot afford their networks to be not working since it would affect their profit margins. Here comes the role of a network engineer. Network engineers are like plumbers of the digital world, connecting office computers with each other and the central server, hooking them to the internet, and configuring systems such as firewalls for their security.



What does being a network engineer mean?
The job of a network engineer is to maintain the hardware and software that consists of a computer network (wired or wireless). They are first employed to estimate the networking needs of a particular organization depending upon the type of work they do, the number of employees they have and the level of networking technology which would be needed by them. Once the need of the computer networks has been estimated and its type decided, network engineers then do the actual work of deploying and configuration of the computer networks. They have to design the computer network in such a fashion that it becomes convenient to use and increases the productivity and also the security of the networks have to be taken into consideration. They debug and troubleshoot the various problems affecting the network and ensure that the downtime of networks is reduced to bare minimum so that the operations of an organization are not affected.

Proper maintenance of the network and its constant supervision also come in the job responsibilities of a network engineer. They are involved in the procurement of new hardware and ensure that licenses are correctly used. Network engineers are involved in the updating of the software used and for the correct use of the network resources.Network engineers also interact with the various personnel that are using the network to ensure that they understand the system and procedures about how the network is to be used ,so that there is smooth functioning of work.

In order to become a computer engineer, you need to have a degree in computer science or information technology (IT). Also there are various certifications that are important for a network engineer to pass. They are based on the names of the companies that make the equipment or the software such as Cisco, Microsoft, Novell and Oracle. Cisco certifications are most numerous, broad based and most important. Amongst all of the Cisco certifications, the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is the expert level certification, and is held by fewer than three network engineers in a hundred.

Be prepared to work in shifts that start from the evening as various organizations want their networks to be serviced after the working hours so that work is not disrupted. Hence, if you have a love for computers and are fascinated by computer networking field, there are enough tools, degrees and certifications available to turn your passion into a lucrative career. Network engineers are a lifeline and backbone of the entire computer network realm and it is due to them that we can use and transfer various services through voice, video and internet.

Thus, it becomes imperative that proper care and guidance should be given to the child in these formative years since it has a bearing on their future adult life as well. The physical, mental, emotional and cognitive development of the child given in safe hands would always flourish well and can become a boon in the life of a child. Even parents have to be involved in this process in order for the child to gain the maximum benefits.

Significance of Early Childhood Education
Psychologists have proven that during the age range of one to eight years, the child is at the peak of learning curve and soaks on new things continuously. It is during this age that the child learns basic social skills, bonding with parents and others, language and vocabulary, and learning and developing new skills. The brains of babies are highly tuned to soak up various things and retain more information than adults can soak up. Even the language specialists agree that brains of the babies are highly active in acquiring new words and phrases, tones, rhythm and intonation. All the information gained, habits acquired, values accepted and the education given in this early stage determines the character of the person. It is thus important that children be given best of the education at this crucial stage so that they can develop as responsible individuals and their adult life gets influenced in the right manner. It is well observed that a seed if given proper conditions to flourish and watered regularly would grow up in a strong tree. In the same manner, a child if given proper nutrition, proper care and affection, and above all proper education in the right manner, would grow up into being a well rounded adult.

A good early childhood education program would involve parents at every stage of the learning process so that the child gets maximum benefit and learns in affinity with ones surrounded. It should place an emphasis on learning through play, in order to hold the full attention of the child at all time times without the child getting bored and keeping them interested in the activity all the time. The early childhood program must place equal importance on the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of the child so that a well rounded personality of the child could be developed. In general, the entire learning process should be fun for the child and not something forceful and imposed on the child. Thus, if proper care is taken for the early childhood education of the child, it will reap in benefits for both the child and the parents and ultimately help in building a
healthy, prosperous nation.

Special education teachers teach students who have physical or mental disabilities and thus have special needs. First advantage is that you don’t have to travel anywhere to see your counselor and sessions can be held in the privacy of your home. Nobody needs to know that you are taking the services of a counselor as it can be done on the time of your choice. The services of an online counselor can be accessed from anywhere where there is a computer and internet connection available and hence can be very convenient. Cost of consulting will come down as your online counselor does not need a full fledged office to operate. If you are taking counseling services through email or message boards, you can take your time in reading and posting messages and can compose a well thought out response convenient to your schedule. You can get back to your email messages any time you want which is not available in traditional counseling. Some people open up more in online counseling sessions, since they feel less inhibited and safe in the comfort of their known surroundings. This can result in enhanced therapeutic value.

Disadvantages of online counseling include the question of privacy. While being online, the responsibility is on you to protect your privacy. If the communication in online counseling is through text chat and email messages, there is no scope for interacting face to face with the counselor, hence communication gaps and misunderstanding might arise. Moreover, since online counseling is not face to face, unless you know and are aware, there may be issues regarding credibility and ability of your online counselor.
